Trampoline Park in Entoto

Few places bring out pure joy and excitement in kids quite like Kurifto Trampoline Park in Entoto Park. This isn’t just any playground — it’s a bouncing, flipping, laughing wonderland where kids can jump, balance, and play their hearts out. Every year when we visit Ethiopia, my eight-year-old son cannot wait to return here, and honestly, it’s easy to see why: It is packed with action, energy, and the kind of active fun you rarely find elsewhere. It’s not just worth a stop — it’s the kind of destination that pulls families back again and again!

Kuriftu offers a well-equipped trampoline park filled with fun and sporty activities. There are big sports trampolines for jumping, a basketball trampoline court, and — one of our absolute favorites — the battle beam, a balance beam over a foam pit where kids can challenge each other (basically a mini obstacle course over soft foam blocks).

What I really appreciate is the focus on trampolining and physical play — without a lot of extra distractions. Kids (and parents!) can simply enjoy the pure thrill of bouncing, balancing, and having fun.

The park is best reached through the Dilber Gate, followed by a pleasant 10-minute walk to the entrance of the playground area. There’s also a small restaurant nearby where you can buy tickets (about 400 birr for an hour — a fair price, in my opinion).

Another great feature is the trained staff who know how to help kids on the trampolines; if your child is a beginner, they’re happy to assist if asked. I’d say children from around age five and up can really enjoy this space, even without parents jumping alongside — though, of course, parents or guardians need to stay nearby and keep watch.

And if that’s not enough adventure, there’s even a go-kart area next door (which we haven’t tried yet — maybe when my son’s a bit older!).

If you’re visiting Entoto Park and want a place that offers pure, active, unforgettable fun, Kuriftu Trampoline Park is absolutely worth the trip. It’s one of our yearly highlights, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it!
